How to make Homemade Milk Powder for Baking👩‍🍳

Homemade Powdered Milk is very easy to make. It follows the same process as to how Condensed milk is gotten from Evaporated MILK.  WHAT YOU WILL NEED : litre full milk yields about 150g of powdered milk.  INSTRUCTIONS : 1) Pour room temperature milk into a sauce pan over medium - low heat.  2) As the milk evaporates, scrape down the sides of your sauce pan and allow it to keep drying (this usually takes 5 - 8hours) 3)The milk will become pastier and pastier until finally, it becomes a thick paste. Make sure the milk paste doesn’t turn brown while drying – that’s a sign that the temperature of your stove/gas is too high. 4) Stir from time to time – this allows the milk to evaporate evenly, especially when the milk starts turning to a paste.  5) Once you get the milk paste, take it down ...

How to Turn Milk Into Whipped Cream without actually using cream sounds crazy, I know! JUST A NOTE : this whipped cream substitute is not suitable for frosting cakes or making ice cream  but can be used for dessert purposes. Ingredients :  1/4 (62g) Cup full milk, cold 2 teaspoons (1 sachet) unflavoured powdered gelatin  1 cup (250g) full fat milk, cold 2 tablespoon confectioners sugar Instructions :  In a small bowl, add 1/4 cup of cold milk. Scatter over the powdered gelatin over the milk and let it sit for 5 minutes to form a sponge. Once this mix is spongy melt to turn into a liquid. You can do this in the microwave. You just have to make use of your knowledge base.  Ask your audience what tutorials /recipes they would like to learn from you. You don't even need to make it complicated - you can host your classes all on Facebook /Whatsapp or document them into ebooks, audio/video courses.  Fibibakes is amazing example of this. 2) Blogging : Where do you go looking for free content ? Your guess is as good as mine  : Goggle of course. Blogging is super time consuming and requires time and dedication but is  profitable.
